- Verify that the time on the clock is correct. Note the timer is in a 12hr format.
- Verify the start and stop times programmed into the timer.
- Is the #1, #2 or Moonlight icon displayed? Do you have the sunrise/sunset period setup in the timer?

- The Deluxe Halo is not dimmable using an external dimmer. It will use the built-in controller to create the controllable light cycle for the aquarium. The Basic Halo is dimmable with 0-10V dimming controllers. We have successfully tested the dimming functions with the Digital Aquatics Archon and Neptune Aquatics Apex controllers.

- You may need a new power supply.
- Adjust your power intensity on the Deluxe unit. There can be a 1% difference in the power control between the Deluxe and Basic - when working with only a few % points of power this could be the cause.
