Product Returns & Refunds
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A COMPLETED RMA FORM AND AN RMA NUMBER TO BE PROCESSED
You have 14 days to return any item(s). The item will be refunded or exchanged. Please email or call us for your RMA number before returning your item(s). All returned items must be in the original packaging, and in new/unused condition. We are unable to accept returns on any item that is used or the packaging has been damaged or altered.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. Please keep the damaged product and packaging as UPS and FedEx may inspect the package to evaluate it for insurance purposes. If your product arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days from arrival date or we may not honor the return. Emailing us pictures of the damage isn’t necessary, but is greatly appreciated. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival.
Approved returns are eligible for refund once received in our S. El Monte, CA facility and inspected by our returns team. Refunds, once approved, are issued for the amount of the purchase less any incurred shipping fees, and/or any applicable restocking or handling fees. Refunds are processed to the original source of payment only. Refunds are process within 3 business days of receipt of return in our facility once inspected and approved for refund. There may be occasional price mistakes on our site, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. You will be contacted for a way to pay the correct price if possible.
Every item we sell is warranted by the manufacturer. What does that mean to you? It means anything you buy from us is backed up by whatever warranty the manufacturer offers on the item.
